Everyone wants to have and also enjoy a good health. One of the best state of health that everyone desires is peace of mind. And that starts from the positive circle you have chosen to place yourself in.

Do you know that Taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your mind?
How about I  start by asking…
What is mental  health ?
According to Wikipedia, mental health encompasses emotional, psychological, and social well-being, influencing cognition, perception, and behavior.
Although once in a while you could have some experience of stress and sadness, when you are mentally healthy, you are  able to cope with the ups and downs of life , adapting to change easily .
Statistics indicate that many Nigerians are currently sick and depressed especially  due to the current socioeconomic situation in the country.
According  to a statistics released by World Health Organisation  in January 2022 cited by daily trust January this year, over 20,000,000 Nigerians  were suffering from various degrees of mental illness or disorder without psychiatric health care.
Most mental issues are as a result of the relationships around us.
Therefore It is safe to say that ways of attaining a Good Health and promoting Positive mental health can be  through the following :
Being active and working out 🏋️🤾
Eating Right                                     🍉
Enough sleep & Rest.                      🛌
Meditations not Medications.       🧘
And then Relationships!               👪
Good Mental Health Boosters 
✓Friends:  a vital part of everyone’s life, especially when one discovers a
confidant.
✓Family: as it is fondly said Family is everything. Support system and pillar.
✓God: Everyone at some point  needs to have a supreme and spiritual being over their life.
Mine is God, I remember  the anxiety and depressed state I would find myself in many years ago, if not for my relationship with God, this path added to my overcoming and  pulling out strong.
✓Twaye Safe Haven : This is a social  family I belong  too, from  story telling, to love, sensitivity, selflessness and total respect of people’s privacy, and a space void of hatred.
A safe space  where you get to share your experience  and motivate others .
One of the ways to Promote Mental health, is  to  help  create  awareness.
You can  become a mental health ambassador  today by reaching out  to your  family ,neighbor and colleague.
